This program has greatly supported my growth as a teacher.  It helped me develop the different lenses I have to use to understand how my teaching affects the learning experiences I provide my students.  It exposed me to tools and instruments I can use to help me in planning the curriculum, the types of assessments to use, the instruction and interventions I need to implement in order to help my students progress and become successful learners.  Through the learning and mentoring of my professors, I was able to mentor others as well to be more reflective of their own teaching practice.
